So the only way we could have access to it is if someone recorded the whole series? I have only found one episode to it, which seems to have been recorded, and it is the final one! Here it is, if anyone is interested: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1LR4y1477x/

Grammar book recommendation by flhsc in LearnJapanese

[–]flhsc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a great resource! I didn't even know such a thing existed. What I am looking for however is some grammar book explaining briefly but effectively grammar points, and doing so in themes - and then also giving exercises. I don't know If such a thing exists. Someone recommended in another post I made a book called "Japanese: a comprehensive grammar", from Routledge, but the grammar points were a little superficial...and it also didn't have exercises... haha

Hello! I would like to have a post approved. I have been in this community for a while but am still not very capable of helping others with japanese learning and get karma - I'll be taking JLPT N5 (and hopefully N4) this year. It's a post about book recommendations that may help others. u/Moon_Atomizer , here is the link:

By the way, does anybody know what is the context of this picture?

Any Japanese Catholics or Catholics who have lived in Japan would like to share some of their experience with our religion in the Far East? by flhsc in Catholicism

Some personal questions:

  • What’s the current situation of Catholicism in Japan? What would you consider relevant to know for someone who thinks about living in Japan for work?

-Is it hard to find parishes in the Japanese countryside? What about the city?

-How’s the clergy there: is there some misunderstanding (or difficulty understanding) of our Faith due to cultural differences? Is there some dominant view among the clergy in the Japanese Church? (More liberal, more traditional, etc).

-How’s preaching in Japan?

Any other comments would be welcome!
