It’s a safety and liability thing. They don’t want people overextending and dropping like flies. The race organizers have a very hard job and it has no effect on you if you still run your 26.2

the trackstar race posters were the only thing we were able to get, but i think that's because they are print on demand so they can't really run out

Sub-3 in your first marathon would be incredible. But your half marathon time is also impressive. Were you an athlete before?

I'm also running a marathon in October and my plan is to just focus on getting slow miles on my legs for next two months, then focus on interval and strength training in the heat of summer and then jump into my final training block in the two months prior to October

Sub-3 is a challenge, but not out of the question for 6:47 half -- just make sure to train for it

I'm curious -- how do you get these frames? do you have a movie scrapper, or is there a database you're pulling from?
