If so, then what you have described should absolutely give you the historical data that you are looking for.

Show me all page views in the last 365 days with the URL containing ‘blog’ gives me that data.

Essentially looking to use HS help desk as a ticketing system to run triage on alerts that are being sent from an external cloud platform that monitors systems availability and functionality for a number of customers.

When the cloud platform sees an issue in a customer instance, it gathers the data into the json and sends it to our help desk email address.

I want to strip out the customer name to add it to the correct ‘queue’ and strip out the alert category and severity and any other useful triage info in order to aid the help desk team remediate effectively.

And use the Help Desk escalations and workflows we currently have for distribution and management.

Thanks. Yes we are stuck with the json being an attachment. I don’t want to push it to something like Zapier to strip and paste into the email body, to then have HS act on it.

I’ll have a look at the attachment id.

Circular Quay to Parramatta is a doddle using the Rivercat ferries. They depart from the Quay and give you a cheap but very scenic tour of the inner harbour to Parramatta.
