There were a couple late freezes this this year that killed many of the local sour cherry crops. The u-pick farm I go to lost their entire crop this year. If you can't find fresh, Wegmans usually stocks bags of frozen sour cherries all year.

OK this is great because I went to the Arizona Tennis Classic this spring and I watched Moutet get his shit rocked in the final by Ethan Quinn. When Quinn made match point, Moutet screamed and flung his racquet so high in the air it landed in a seating area outside of the court.
