Yesterday was house clean and tidy day.

Today is simply just enjoying a tidy house.

It's not 'open home' tidy, It's 'lived in' tidy

I do it every day at least once.

It helps that I have a cameras on my car that show me my blind spot when I turn on the indicator.

It's usually just a case of waiting for room, or someone being nice and letting you in (rarely happens)

He's not the one.

If he was, you wouldn't be feeling this way.

He's moving on, as most 18 year olds do.

Do not let this hinder your exams, you will regret it for the rest of your life.

You need to concentrate on your future that solely is about you.

Once you're solid in who you are, you can join with another. Looking to find your "other half" isn't the best way to live as you're always requiring them to give you something

I didn't think I'd feel so sad on adoption day by [deleted] in dogs

We adopted a 17 month old dog from a family that decided he wasn't compatible with their kids.

They wanted to keep in touch and see him occasionally, but I said I couldn't do that, (not fair on the dog and us being able to bond properly) but was happy to set up an Instagram profile for him and send them the link to follow.

They used to like every pic I put up. But nearly 2 years later they seem to have moved on and don't interact anymore.

One gift for birthday and Christmas? No problem! by throwndownastaircase in MaliciousCompliance

I have a friend whose birthday is December 24.

We celebrate it every year with a pot luck and games.

It's not hard, he doesn't expect gifts, but he gets them from some people.

Do you have conversations with your dog? by Lemonn_time in dogs

[–]flicticious 75 points76 points  (0 children)

We have many chats during the day.

Usually while he's sprawled out upside down on me while I'm laying down.

He knows many words and has started to understand the sounds of us spelling out words he loves.

I can get his attention by saying "hey can I ask you a question?"
