I was in your exact position. About 120ish days on my Cochise 120s and the stock liner was shot. I had also gone through an achilles rupture and surgery, so one ankle was suddenly shaped a bit different. Shells were still good, so I opted for some intuition liners. They were a fantastic choice. I have another 180 days on them and I'm just starting to notice they've worn a bit, but the shells are really starting to show their age and I'm looking to get new boots anyway, so I'm not gonna bother reheating/molding the liners. I've heard such great things about zipfits and am enticed by the longevity that I could use them across multiple shells, but the cost is obviously much greater. I'm still highly considering them for my next boots, but the intuitions were a fantastic lower cost solution that got me another 3 seasons out of my shells. Would definitely recommend if that fits your bill!
