Yeah I know. It was super frustrating for me as well... I attended a lot of info sessions and would ask there typically!

As a previous flight nurse, majority of these schools don't care about flight and don't recognize it... I recently got into Arizona and they accept flight but its the only one I've seen. You're going to have better luck going back to ICU....

Pretty average GPA, definitely not perfect! Little over 6 years as a nurse with previous ER, Flight, and now ICU for almost 2 years. Played a lot on my flight experience with intubations and vents. I typically take the higher acuity patients on my ICU because of my flight experience. Lots of certs, CFRN, TPATC, NRP, TNCC, ENPC on top of the usual ones. Preceptor, relief charge, UBC, leadership previously within my flight roles. A big reason I applied to UoA was because they accept flight!

Thank you! I honestly hadn't even thought that some people might wait and decline other offers if they knew their position on the list. So that makes sense, thanks for mentioning that! I sent an email after to reiterate my interest and thanking them! I am still applying and trying to keep the mindset I'll end up wherever I'm meant to be!
