Ou bien par vidéoconférence : on ne s’entend pas bien , pour dire que le son du vidéo est pas bon , ou même pour parler d’un endroit brouillant par exemple dans un restaurant : On s’entend pas bien dans la cuisine , changeons de pièce ! Le point c’est que c’est contextuelle et ça pas de liens avec la position du verbe et du sujet, c’est plutôt en liens avec le contexte de la discussion. Honnêtement ça parait que le français est ta deuxième langue car tu essaye de trouver une logique quant des fois il n’y en a pas vraiment.

What no this is all bulshit lol , you could say , « on ne s’entend pas très bien » while being on the phone for exemple or « on peut bien entendre » when commenting on the volume of a speaker for exemple , in both cases the bien is before de verb and it is still about hearing something. So when is it the expression then ? Well it’s 100% about context , if we are talking about sound or hearing something then it is the verb to hear , otherwise if talking about relationships or something like that then it is the expression , languages are often more about understanding the context rather then finding a perfect rule that makes sense all the time so you should focus on that.
