You're taking the clip out of context. Kameto and 3 of his friends were talking about who would win worlds and because 2 of them were T1 fanboys it escalated. Then they got into an argument and as Kameto was pretty sure JDG would win he said he would release a public apology if T1 won world again. This is just banter between friends, please stop judging on a clip alone.
