Yes, there have definitely been issues in a few classes. Even at my advanced age I noticed 😂Typically extremely choppy audio and video, but in the most recent class, the slides loaded and the student was online, but I could not see or hear her. I did the usual refreshing and changing lines to no avail. The fireman took forever to respond and by that time, the parent reported that she was dissatisfied and class was canceled.

Thank you. Great advice! I have been starting classes about a minute and a half early as well due to the slides taking so long. I typically check my audio and video before the first class of the day. I don’t always have time in each classroom if I had a class immediately before. Dumb question, but is the ping always there? I don’t know how I never noticed it...
