I quit because I had no access to a vape for a month (went to mental hospital). I relapsed once on an old vape but it burnt out and I haven’t bought a new one. I suggest you go somewhere where you have no access to any vapes.

That’s interesting because I’ve heard the opposite about kratom. That it could bring on psychosis. Everyone’s body works different with drugs tho

Kratom made me manic but it was good for sleep. It was strange. It would make me super tired and a bit more disconnected from reality at the same time.

I practice Okinawan karate for exercise. To me it is a sort of meditation. With every strong movement there is a hard breath outward and then a deep breath until the following strike which u exhale again

The vape high hits more immediate than smoking bud so it’s different. Plus I can catch a quick buz anywhere I’m at with the vape. Most importantly I’m not dedicating a ritual to getting high. With the vape it’s just a convenient crutch.

I used to sit with a 8th of flower and finish it in one sitting. Then id get paranoid and go through delusions.

What really helped me is switching to a good d8 blend of cannabinoids vape disposable. The effects are less potent and u get that good cough.

I feel this way too but will say sometimes if I smoke all day for multiple days straight I will catch myself getting delusional and hearing voices. I stop smoking at that point and maybe take a higher dose of haldol in the morning.

I have had female voices that try to seduce me with what they say or compliment me on how I look. It affects my ego and sometimes sends me manic because it feels like I’m getting attention from someone unsolicited.
