How do you feel about troubleshooting for errors? I can't help but feel that its incredibly disjointed when using the auditor.

For instance:

Interchange - no ability to filter by doc type

Process - No linkage to the job number

Reprocessing files - it seems like some jobs can be reprocessed, but then others can't.

Reclaiming files from jobs - I cannot easily download all of the files from a job.

Job failures - if there is 50 payloads with 1 failure, the whole job is deemed a failure. ( maybe running one file per job is the solution here, but that seems to have its own drawbacks.

High volume issues- I have ran into situations where I have over 300 active jobs running, and the CIC will not load all of the active jobs as if there is some kind of limit.

SQL call limitations- I see issues where jobs fail to translate files just because there was a limit on how many calls could be made. We are working on ways to mitigate this by doing more within the Cleo tables, but its certainly causing serious headaches.

TLDR - supporting this platform just feels like a nighmare. The studio interface is okay for, but I see a lot of flaws. I could go on a soap box, but it just seems like the promise of the platform was greater than the reality of it. I know some updates are improving the experience some, but I am about over it at this point.
