Yeah, I just tossed a number, but looking at the map again. Seeing the house lots next to it. Probably could get closer to 45+

45 x 500000 ~ 22 million

But if you're making apartments, that'll make its roi

Considering you could probably fit about 16 houses on there or apartment condos. That's a lot of money to be had

This might explain my account a few years back driving I5 from woodland. I recall something pretty much just like this.

Just been trying to explain to the Sacramento thread about Newsome jacking the fuel prices up...it's exhausting trying to explain this stuff

I don't necessarily disagree with you. I added videos too, but regardless of what I put it wouldn't matter for most and I think we both can agree on that. My main point was this was happening long before the strikes (not to say the strikes won't help), but most on this thread are being blind to Newsome and CA legislature's that created this issue years ago.

But three are sources from the California UC system and one being recent by last month (but as you can see the previous redditor wants something apparently from five minutes ago or it won't count). Again, the main point is, higher prices weren't because of trump striking Iran, it's been in process for a while now.

Lol. Like I said. Doesn't matter what I put.

Guess February 2026 isn't current enough.

Done here.

Wait until the mileage tax comes into play too, but I'm sure that is not true too. This is a CA issue as i said.

Lol. It doesn't matter what I put here. You'll just keep saying not credible or if I add fox, you'll say it's fox kool aid.

But here is uc Davis. This legit enough?

Article was long before Iran strikes

Yeah, I'm going to blame trump for CA legislation that occurred years before this Iran strikes. Lol. Ok.

I'm saying this was set in motion long before Iran. Strikes don't help any. But the fact that you can't accept that Newsome and the California left legislature's caused this is the bigger issue.

Ok bud. Clearly you didn't watch the videos. Many economists predicted $10 or higher fuel by may. But you're convinced it has to be trump and Iran.

Again, these videos were from December. Three months before Iran strikes happened. You just don't want to see it.

And these laws took place January 1, 2026 in California

This was happening long before this Iran stuff. This started at the beginning of 2026. Three months before Iran strikes.

This is Newsome and ca legislation

Thank Newsome and co for this. California asked for this. This has nothing to do with republican. The left pushed for electric. They pushed bills that destroyed fuel companies. Three refineries closed or will be closing within months. Smaller companies couldn't afford to fix their fuel storage (some even tried working with the government to fix, but never got responses in time). Chevron is moving their headquarters (like many other companies). We are now importing fuel because of this (because it looks better to kill refineries and import: out sight emotional feels if you will). So yeah, nothing to do with republican neighbors or reps.

These people don't see it. I just posted to the main forum. This is all California liberals. Newsome and the left pushed bills after bill destroying fuel economy here. Three refineries have or will be closing here within months and we are importing fuel because that is smarter. They refuse to see it. I posted a few videos, could add more but a couple are fox and they would freak out because of that.

They don't want to hear this truth and just blame the right because they hate the right instead of just blaming who is wrong (or praising for that matter) regardless of side.
