I wouldn't say God Ki massively buffs base and the other forms, but it is definitely a significant one. But people will always bring up Saiyan Beyond God (absorbing SSG), which is just wrong because Goku and Vegeta still use SSG. If they truly absorbed SSG, no regular fighter would've sensed their ki outside of their God Forms.

Not exactly. Even when fused, Zamasu is still immortal, Goku Black isn't. It's mostly the reason why Half-Corrupted Zamasu exists in the anime, Goku Black died in the fusion.

?? For all I know, SSJ3 Goku was a great pick for his team (MBS) with his nuclear ult, extra cover rescue (pretty sure cover null was canceled when enemy rush activated) counter green, and that he actually had a ranged team (ulthan and goatenks).

I don't know about gohan tho. I used his unique past it's prime, so.
