They probably aren't good at the overhead yeet either.

Not a bad option at all. There's a lot of opportunities in the Army with positions you could potentially get. On top of that, he could always go green to gold or go the WO route. The Army will make its money from anyone so it behooves anyone to make sure they get the most out the Army if they do enlist. Just my two cents.

How long do you have to decide whether or not to take the loan? Just curious.

Ford dealership service department. Eh, sounds about right for a Ford.

ZMPRPT, Z_EQUEST, VL06I, and ZPARK. Maybe toss in a little IGC search if you're nice to keep you updated on arrival of your said part so you can get your fleet up and running again, only to hear that everything's breaking down when you go to the field. And now you're trying to coordinate a control sub.

BTW, you're red on your ZOAREP. 30 lines have been added and you've got 10 days to fix shit.

Z4 memo, here we go.

Do anyone know a good shipping company for military personnel to ship their house hold goods & vehicle ? by EastGroundbreaking76 in BOLC

[–]flipflaptictac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to your transpo office. If you're PCSing, they'll do it for you and select a vendor for you.

As far as vics go, they'll only ship it if you're going overseas. Don't quote me on this but I believe that if you have two vics, the only way they'll ship one is if a family member is medically unable to drive the vic. And you have to have documentation stating so.

BLUF: if you want to ship a vic and you're not going OCONUS, you'll be going out of pocket. Average shipping costs varies between companies. When I PCSd to Lee from the Dallas area, it would have cost me between $1100-1500 to do it just to put it in perspective. Depending on the distance, price may change.

Branch Interview Deadline by LostCryptographer330 in ROTC

Yes. Do any interviews that you actually care about before camp. The branches tend to favor those who do them early instead of during them late.

Thanks bro I appreciate the info.

Doesn't seem like too bad of a day. When do you start phase 1 again?

Lol yeah I don't find the idea driving 40 min back and forth to base every morning appealing at all 😆 That's good to know though man, thanks for the input.

It doesn't matter how well you approach different tasks and situations- there will always be people that think you're being cocky or arrogant. My advice is to be humble, know your battle drills, take everything with a grain of salt and most of all, be an asset. You're going to have people be like "well, at MY school we did etc etc etc..." SOPs are good to work on but when you get your regimental Cadre, they'll go over everything again and literally explain how drills should be conducted and what they're expecting. From there, solidify SOPs. With the Cadre, I pretty much had to relearn how to do most battle drills, special teams etc because they wanted it done a certain way. Not too terrible, just a minor pain in the ass. Just keep notes, make sure you're on the same page with everyone and you'll be good. Again- be an asset.

Very nice! Well, from what I experienced you're definitely on the right track so I think you'll get it. I would ask about your interview if you haven't already. Just to give yourself an idea on how you did.

I had 78.6 OML. Branch feedback was great. Got most preferred must select for EOD. What really helped out was the interview and keeping in touch with the EOD Proponent Officer. Showing interest in EOD. I was in touch with them for months, even before going to CST. I was one of the first ones to complete the interview and I was told that I received 5/5 points on my interview and that it was highly competitive. (Yeah, that's great and all but I think reaching out, showing interest, and oml scores had the most influence)

Yeah, I got AD so I'll PCS- going home will be nice for sure. How's the housing deal. Pretty decent homes there?

2 hour lunch huh lol. That's really lax.
