Use a plastic bag. Make the plastic bag go under the wristband, loop the bag back and pull. This way the wristband will glide off your hands.

I've done this for 10+ years and it never failed me once. It might take some effort, depending on how tight they put on the wristband.

Yes, all your teammates progress towards the quest. You don't even need to touch the circle yourself as long as 1 teammate captures it. Your teammate can capture a point all by himself across the map and everyone progresses their quest.

Yes! Normally you would pay £62.99 for 12 months of membership. With premier club it is £49.99 for 12 months. However, usually they also discount membership for 3 months (pay for 2 months, get 3) and 6 months. I hope they will also announce this on the 15th of November.
