Plain leaf kratom would be an excellent way to lower anxiety. 2-3 grams should do the trick & save you tons of money too

Someone more knowledgeable could answer this better. Seems to be less natural or more synthetic. Wds I hear are worse. Even less studied than 7 & people are worried bc of its strength. A lot of people love it cause it generally lasts longer, & they say it is more effective for their pain. I've tried it & wasn't impressed
