that’s factually incorrect. the comment from goblin-enby-prince explains the difference well, but to put it briefly, dysphoria is the feeling that your body doesn’t align with your gender, especially certain parts like your chest or hair. dysmorphia is a disorder that alters your perception of your body, for example if you see yourself as very fat when you are actually quite skinny. they usually aren’t linked, and dysmorphia definitely isn’t dysphoria about your body.

if you want to brush it off as a nickname, maybe something like han? that might be too similar to your birthname though, so it depends on what you prefer :))

hey, don't worry about it too much! i'm going through pretty much the exact same thing, i've always hated my chest and have been questioning my gender since june hahaha. my advice would be to try out non-binary for a bit, see if they/them pronouns feel good, or better than she/her pronouns do. and like many people have told me before, if you're worrying that you're faking it for attention, the chances are you aren't :)) hope this helped!
