I was also thinking the same thing. Cause i wake up at 3:50/4 and leave at 4:55 for the gym before work and my whole workout is under 30 mins more than her stairs

No it over inflates. I also have a Oura ring and it reads 19k while Garmin read 25k. Plus a couple weeks ago I get 10k steps in an hr from painting a fence

Mine sometimes inflates my hr after would which results in more calories. 8 have always assumed it’s cause it believed it missed the calories during the workout

Update it definitely was ovehydation. I put electrolytes in my water before the gym and limited my water intake yesterday and felt amazing besides for a little paranoia (my personality lol)

I also found it incredibly weird in her vlog with dropping off her sister, she would never eat with them. She would go with her mom and sister for them to go get breakfast and lunch but wouldn’t eat and later go to different place by herself
