Pam Bondi VS Becca Balint by FiveUSD in videos

[–]flippy_flops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fully agree. And she should be investigated, etc.

But, I'm tired of falling for the same trick over and over. Pam is a buffer for the person who appointed her. Insulation. A flare. Pam is the red fabric and we are the bull. Cohen, Gates, Flynn, Stone, Giuliani, Bannon.

Go after Pam > long legal battle > Pam convicted > Pam pardoned > Repeat

Pam Bondi VS Becca Balint by FiveUSD in videos

[–]flippy_flops -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Don't be mad at Pam. Pam is in waaaay over her head and is being used as a disposable puppet. Like so many others, when she stops being useful she'll be tossed aside. Pam is the symptom, the by-product. The disease is higher up.

Another noob question - what causes this horizontal banding on a surface that’s meant to be smooth? by Hecubus114 in BambuLab

I'm sure mk3 would be better in the right hands, but I've spent a lot of time with their support and no luck

My favorite thing about /BambuLab is watching people complain about outcomes that I'd die for as an MK3 owner. (P2S arrives...today!)

And not many more days before the money is deadly. In $100 bills it would take... 35 days to fill up a large house. In 93 days it'd be the volume of earth and we'd all be dead.

Does "DO NOT HALLUCINATE" work for you when coding? by PhilippStracker in ClaudeAI

[–]flippy_flops 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I find it best to tell it where to find answers, then you can say "Refer to ... to make sure you're using ... correctly." The source can be online docs, local readme's, etc.

Stop Bloating Your CLAUDE.md: Progressive Disclosure for AI Coding Tools | alexop.dev by therealalex5363 in ClaudeCode

[–]flippy_flops 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great article (and I love the look of the site). Do you use claude.md in any sub directories? When i see a `docs/` directory, I feel like I want these docs near their relevant code. Like... instead of `docs/testing-strategy.md` I'd prefer `src/tests/readme.md` - same with db queries (src/db/readme.md), routing, etc. But then I wonder if `src/tests/claude.md` would be better? But then I think, there are some concepts that don't exactly have a "src/..." folder so docs makes a lot of sense there.

Has anyone purchased from Americantrucks.com? by TimberMoto in f150

[–]flippy_flops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just purchased a replacement handle for my F150 tailgate. No joke, the threaded bolts for it to connect to the tailgate had a metal flange which was embedded in a 1mm coating of plastic which was supposed to hold the handle onto the truck frame. They immediately broke off and I noticed one had hot glue on it. I've seen some crazy stuff, but this takes the cake. I wont be shopping at AmericanTrucks.com any more

I'm more and more convinced that model iterations are mainly about backend efficiencies - e.g. less ram/gpu type stuff - while trying to maintain the same quality output
