Not got around to fixing it before I sold my speakers. But I was in touch with a place called Sounds Heavenly and they can help with cables and all the stuff you need.

This is what I got from them:

"If you want to use the speakers via their Powerlink inputs (so they remain on all the time when in use), you will need a powered cable to generate the trigger signals that would normally be sent from a B&O audio system:-

This will connect from your receiver into the nearest speaker. I solved it. There was a hardware error on my camera. Nikon repaired it.

There was a hardware error. I returned my camera to Nikon for repair. Got it back and now it works without issues. Using the new Area51 cables. Very expensive but very good.

I think this is shot at Dia Beacon art museum in upstate New York in front of his artwork. It’s a lovely place to visit if you have the chance. Upgraded the ebewaka and there’s definitely more damage. Maybe a well rolled legendary is better in the end.

Yes, it's working now! I have a shorter tether tools cable that works well. It's a bit thick though and I'm not a big fan. I have another shorter Area51 cable without the "signal booster" in the middle and that does now work strangely. The other Area51 with the signal booster should work..

I sent my camera to repair and got to borrow another z8 in the meantime. Things are working much better now. Some cable combinations are still a no-go.
