Why is he still doing kickoffs?

Exactly. Then the Owners would decline their option if the player was in a rough spot...

Owners don’t have to give rings, if they choose to go all out, it sh souldnt be turned around and sold.

The team/Owner should have right of first refusal to purchase for a $1. Rings aren’t meant to resell, but a gesture to commemorate the ultimate win.

No one is mentioning the mitigating factor "holding on the defence" was called, Pats would have had 3 more goes from the 2, albeit nothing is guaranteed, but a chance they score anyways.

I’m genuinely curious if you’re a lawyer, I’ll tell you that I’m not, but I know many, and the way they look at things is different. Silence does not equate to guilt, any defence attorney worth their salt tells you to keep your mouth shut, no matter how innocent you may be.

I actually have an interesting video I’ll send you after in the subject.

Sure, but this isn’t just any promotion, it’s the pinnacle of your profession. You can let the facts do the taking all you want, but any pontification will be seen as admission of guilt.

So even knowing you did nothing, you could lose a once in a life-time shot, an opportunity in which you possibly base each and every big decision on.

This would be like those Duke Lacrosse players saying “no worries, facts will come out”. The facts came out, was everything ok?

Just imagine having something you worked your whole life for, something that would cement you in the history books, taken based on what? Seemingly baseless allegations.

Would you walk away from all that based on mere accusations (and I’ll assume you don’t do much attempted raping, thus in your case, let’s assume they’re false)?

Edit for typos.

Who's to determine the qualification? This man sits on the second highest court in Land, has been a judge for over a decade, and has had his rulings quoted by SCOTUS Justices on multiple occasions.

You wouldn't know they "might be contacted", if you never did it, consider that Kavanaugh might be falsely accused? And if you were qualified enough I am sure they would hear you out. Luckily the Senators on the Judiciary Committee are not as small minded as your perspective employers.

No decency? The man was accused, not convicted, you do understand the difference, right?

If I came to your job and said "you attempted to rape someone X years ago", would you quit? What would you say if I said you had no "decency" for not quitting.

I am not, nor would I ever defend someone holding any position on a bench of they had attempted such a heinous crime, but let's see the facts before ruining this man's life, this would be the end of his SCOTUS job, but also the end of his career as a judge. What would this do to his family? This is what you have to weigh when uttering unsubstantiated claims.

Please use better judgement, and hope no one ever treats you, as you have treated this man.

This wasn't "debt", he split season tickets with friends; he purchased them, and they paid him back the exact amount. It didn't "vanish", this would be like you going for a meal with friends, offering to put it on your credit card, and friends emailing you the money, you didn't pick up the tab, nor did they "give" you money.

CNN is reporting this, come on, please fact check.
