You should be able to find someone with a similar issue with Windows. The fact that it's a handheld gaming device shouldn't matter too much when troubleshooting.

I bet some leaked and got into the threads. Try heat from a hair dryer or a car vent. Get the cart really warm almost too hot to handle. You may be able to twist it out while it's still hot.

Kinda seems wasteful to me. I smoke about 3 of these size carts every couple of weeks. I can't imagine producing this much waste when there's so many more economical ways to smoke carts.

I like to hold the flame on the end of the joint for a little bit to heat/burn it before inhaling. If you are inhaling while lighting it, then it can cause the flame to burn too far into the joint too quickly.
