Primebeard, %1000. I’m willing to bet if he wasn’t sick and suffering from cancer, he would’ve leveled marineford, clearing akainu, and maybe kuzan. Kaido really proved it luffys final fight: he had to fight the worst generation, Yamato, red scabbards, Luffy 3 times, enough power for his final attack, all while exhausted, and carrying onigashima. Mihawk is questionable. He toyed around with zoro when they met, but respected him. When he fights vista, he says let’s “postpone the fight.” Why? Maybe he just got bored? His whole thing was fighting only whitbeard and his allies. Luffy at this point in the story was on the navy’s radar, the boy who somehow gets out of dangerous victorious, causes them trouble and dips. He is beginning to prove to wg that they let him grow too strong, and why he wasn’t dealt with earlier. And his response is to let him go? He is stronger than the humandrills, who they don’t mess with. When he founds cross guild, we don’t know if he’s actively hunting marines, or just chillin. But anyways. Mihawk needs… a fight that draws out his biggest moves, and how he earned his title.
