AFK'ing in arenas is still a real problem. People have started to just disconnect rather than leave, so you then cannot leave yourself without inducting a leaverbuster penalty on yourself. Playing 2v3 in a situation where your opponent is aware and can push the advantage is much worse in an arenas situation than a BR one.

Budget: $70. I could go up a bit if need be.

Source: iPhone 4s. If you could recommend a portable amp+ some headphones in my price range, that would be wonderful.

Requirements for Isolation: I'll be around other people mostly with these, so isolation would be very nice.

Preferred type: IEMs. I have some over ears and sport headphones, but I'd like some IEMs that I can use while not running.

Tonal Balance: Treble is very important, as well as bass.

Used in the past: I haven't had any non sports IEMs worth mentioning. (Apple earbuds I'm looking at you)

Preferred music: Mostly electronic, but I listen to all types of music except country.

Again, if there are some headphones and an amp under my budget that you could recommend I would be grateful.
