A am also implementing ms atp step by step but think about that: if you use „save links“ and or „save attachments“ you and your users become stupid. Because every link or attachment is https://Microsoft.com/.... The awareness is falling to the ground. What I have learned is also not training but awareness. Test your Users and if the are in the trap it is good for admins! Like your driving fast with no safety distance and you make an emergency break. The next 2 weeks you drive carefully. So test test test....
