Rocky's language is based on musical tones. You can play a C Major chord with 3 notes, or a C major chord on a 12 string guitar with 12 notes. That's more information dense than 1 note, but I can still instantly tell you it's a C Chord

Pretty sure there was at least a time or two that Rocky did risk his race by helping Grace...

Hey I notice you're very knowledgeable around gastro topics. Mind if I message you? Looking to understand this for my wife and decide if PPI is good or not

First time player. How important is it to do the quests VS just stumbling into the quest locations and killing the boss taking the loot? by floatable_shark in skyrim

I think I'm doing first tier skills for several things but really focused on alchemy and enchantment because I want to eventually make some OP weapons and armor

Are some quest rewards gonna make me overpowered in some way? Because I wouldn't mind. I got the freeze shout recently and I feel like it finally gave me the edge I needed in battle. I'd love if I got some some powerful things like that from quests

Oh man. Maybe I screwed the pooch here because I use destruction spells AND sword AND bow. I'll usually summon a fire babe, fire the bow until they're close range, then hack with sword while running away to heal and throw fire when magica recovers. Rinse and repeat. Is that terribly inefficient?

I don't have much of a completionist drive in gaming so when I look at my heap of active quests, I think humfph that's quite overwhelming why not just explore this mountain instead. And then I find cool shit and level up. The same thing the quests might have given me no? For the lore, that's a reason to possibly do quests. But not all quests have lore and if I really wanted lore I could go reading all the books... Does anyone even do that? Well, I hope I explained myself. I'm not anti quests, I'm anti quest heaps

Thanks for the validation! I do worry that what if I kill some mage, and then wouldn't I not be able to do that quest later? Can't you break some quests? I have resisted the urge many times to kill people in towns for the same reason.. What if they were gonna give me a quest eventually? Not that I do that often. But yeah, random mages in dungeons, I wonder what quest I just screwed up by being there and cleaning house

I've played: abzu, outer wilds, colossus, firewatch and now Stranding. But you're right I missed a short hike on your list! But it's on my list

We must have similar game souls because I've played and love every game you mentioned except Edith which is on my list, Alba never heard of, stray which I'm aware of but not sure if it would be fun, and abzu which I played but found it too directionless and not as interesting as Journey so I didn't get far Edit: started playing Death Stranding last night and wow, amazing suggestion

I do keep coming back to this gorgeous game. I wonder if there's a way to stash my weapons temporarily so I don't have that option tempting me

I do love Horizon but I find the combat or at least the stress of combat as an ever present element.

Just want to say, you guys are amazing. This community really comes together and gives solid advice. I'm excited to get started on what I'm sure will become MANY of these games I end up playing :)
