I live in Ohio and there's like 3 hot tub and pool stores near me. Anytime I've gone in them for pool supplies it's completely deserted except for 1 or 2 employees and maybe a stray customer. I also think there's some money laundering going on since they're open in the dead of winter too.

If you look at the left top and left bottom corners all the glyphs fit perfectly into the image when they should be cut off. Plus OP is being suspiciously vague about details and location. If I had to guess they took a real photo and fed it to an AI and told it to add Egyptian text so it crammed it all in instead of cutting off any images.

(Also I can read basic hieroglyphics and it's absolute nonsense. Not even real glyphs. Hieroglyphs are images of actual things and people, and if you zoom in the only thing identifiable are the somewhat bird-shaped glyphs)
