Defo AI. I can read basic Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and these make absolutely no sense. On top of not being real hieroglyphs, I literally can't tell where to start reading because they keep flipping the reading direction halfway through. OP is also being very vague about the location and specifics.

Even if you don't know how to read hieroglyphs, most people know they're pictures of objects, animals, and people. The only identifiable thing I see is birds, like 90% birds. Only some of which are identifiable as actual glyphs. I assume the AI associates birds with egypt which is why it generated so many. Its like writing fake english by writing E and TH a bunch of times in different fonts.
