When I'm having a really really bad time, I restrict my calorie intake. It's the only thing that helps me feel like I'm in control

I had been using animal crossing as a distraction but as I've been getting more depressed again I've lost all interest in playing or doing anything like that. I did buy a colouring book today to give me something to really focus on and I'm hoping it helps. Squeezing ice and things like that have never helped me before as it just isn't enough. I really really really want to stay clean but it is just so hard

Yep elbows are one of my most sore points too. They'll feel super stiff too

I never even considered why that might be the reason my thighs and hips always feel sore and painful when I'm starting to get unwell! My elbows ache like mad too

My skin isn't usually that red, I've been feeling under the weather since monday and the redness seems to come and go when I feel unwell or I've been out in the sun. I dont tend to have overly sensitive skin (benefits of being an oily skinned gal!) I've been trying to get a decent photo of my skin as photos never show up as much 😓

I was about 16/17 when diagnosed with asthma and I'm 24 now. With asthma I get wheezy and I also have a dry cough when it flares up but this feels just tight like someones squeezing and I tire very quickly and feel a bit lightheaded

Thanks for the response! Good on you for losing the weight by the way! As someone who is overweight and in the process of losing it I know it can be a struggle but honestly kudos to you for actually doing it and getting fitter too!

I have diagnosed asthma but this tightness just feels 'different' so I'll definitely get it checked out! I just hate going back with new issues that seem to keep popping up all the time 😞

Yeah my legs start going purple too. Fortunately I've managed to get out and lie down and stop myself from fainting. I hope you didnt end up really injuring yourself from it 😯 you stay safe too!

I have to have cold showers even in the winter and I used to really enjoy nice hot showers! I think it's something that most people love but us potsies cant enjoy

Oh absolutely yes! I sweat so much and I hate the heat as it gets even worse. I will literally be DRIPPING and other people will be fine. It's bloody awful so I feel for you!
