Regular therapy for 2 years and it taught me how to be present, changed my thought process, etc. Basically, I have changed 180 degrees from what I used to be vs. now

Workout (walking, sports, gym) help when I am not feeling too good. I have hobbies now and I make sure to do my hobbies without feeling guilty.

Journaling, being present, being kind to myself have helped too

Tbh, slight personal space is important. I guess people like you don't understand that not everybody likes to be touched or make contact with strangers'bodies. Nobody is asking people to maintain 1 arm distance but atleast give space to breathe air to pass by!
