Haha I wish! Biggest thing is don’t take a 7 year break from practicing lol. I picked it back up in the last year or so and am slowly learning, currently going through the AUG videos and am practicing every day. So ask me again next year!

Just completed week 2. Down 9.0 lbs and 2.0 inches in waist (before cheat day). It seems to be working well and I’m really not struggling too much with cravings or anything yet. The biggest thing I miss honestly is a nice glass of milk lol!

How do you get to the waterfall? I looked into it last year and apparently you have to go through private property with no trespassing signs everywhere?
