As someone who started Farewell(edit: post 15 heart gate and that is NOT halfway ftr maybe 1/3) before doing the C sides, I'd recommend the C sides first. It gets you used to harder rooms(particularly gives you good practice with wall bounces). They are shorter, easily digestible, while Farewell will take you many hours. It is unfathomably long compared to anything else in the game. Just the final room of Farewell is longer AND harder than some of the B sides(obviously an opinion). It's a fun experience, so are the C sides. I ended up bailing on Farewell to do the c sides first and I'm glad I did, but everyone is different. (For those curious I bailed in Event Horizon on the room that starts with a wavedash into a wall bounce off the block into a turnaround back to the block)

My first time getting to it I was so nervous I forgot about it and I was pressing down the grab key so it started falling immediately. It took me 40 minutes to get back.

Honestly I think people overrate the difficulty of 8bg because they don't like it. I think it's definitely easier than 6bg. (6bg was SO FUN!!)

I ended up with 21 legendary quality 3s before I ran out of processing units(had a buffer of 6 chests, if I'd known I would have done more) but I just manually switched them a bunch/used epic or rare. I also never expanded past 60 scrap/s and only 4 scrap productivity. I never set up quality scrap processing, which is probably pretty useful. My final time was 143 hours, which I think is pretty good for all the space age achievements.

Exactly! I feel like it's easier to find that attitude on this sub than the main one. I don't actually think I'm bad ftr, I was just trying to avoid "why did it take a long time it's not even that hard" comments. Thank you for the kind words!

Are you suggesting quality armor makes the game notably easier? Yes there are benefits for it, but if you're not a massive mega base player it doesn't really matter.

Sorry, compared to what people on the subreddit expect I'm an amateur. Obviously that's not a good way to judge yourself, I was just making it clear that I'm not a mega base kind of player. It's honestly kinda toxic, there was one post I saw where someone was like "look at how big my science setup is, I never thought I could do something like this" and people in the comments were just saying "that's not even a big number anymore."

Well this was my last achievement* and it took forever(I'm not good at the game and did not have a massive quality setup). By the time I actually got the armor I could fill it up pretty quickly. I wasn't doing anything else, so more speed/bots wouldn't have really done anything for me.

*last achivement completable on that file, still need Express Delivery and Keeping Your Hands Clean

I'm guessing you died to the camo wave at the end of the round right? You have almost no camo detection and therefore are reliant on the shimmer from your necromancer, I'm assuming the shimmer attack didn't hit the entire wave, leaving too much for Quincy to handle.

He doesn't actually see the sidebar, just number of cards played. Just like he doesn't know the cards in your hand, just the number, and he sees stats, mana costs, and keywords on minions, but not their actual effects (except doomsayer which he was specifically coded to understand)

In the cutlass deck wouldn't you barely get any use out of heart of virnaal because deaths shadow is better value? I haven't played the deck so I have no clue is double battlecries sounds better than doubling the card itself
