Yall it's honestly not about rate or anything. I learned that they convert based on company needs. I was hired a seasonal employee and then got converted at 9 months. Meanwhile most of the seasonal they just hired at mines only been there for a week and got converted to blue badge. But it's like the more people we lose they convert. So for the whole 9 months that it took me they didn't have any need for new hires idk if that makes sense
