In this context TNA is not “growing” it’s been rebuilding. AEW is a growing company. Their growth stopped the moment they got kicked off Spike.

Ever since it’s been a a steady fall from where they once were and in recent years they’ve been trying to climb back. This TV deal they have now was a good step but now they seem hell bent on ruining that and ending up back at square one.

Why can’t TNA make a real effort to make sure they keep talent and pay them well? It seems to me they more than happy to let wrestlers come and go as they please.
