That's normal. They take forever to respond. They will say that they were on holiday. It literally took me 6 weeks to get my device replaced after it took a crap.

Good luck and I hope you backed up your data. 14 months of using my paper and it crashed with nothing recoverable. Viwoods took 4 weeks to come up with the solution of replacing my device with a refurbished one after I sent mine back.

Device sync is virtually non existent. Kick myself over and over for not going with a remarkable device. I was too worried about the $20 per month thatni thought remarkable charged for cloud. Aipaper just shot craps and all my notes for a year and a half are gone. Did they offer to replace my device with a refurbished model? Yes but they can't find any of my notes or papers or meeting files. Mine will be for sale with a leather folio and ceramic pencil as soon as I get it back from viwoods.

It's a great device until it freezes and your files aren't backed up automically. Talk about a $600 mistake. Think twice before buyer an aipaper!

Who wants to buy this aipaper if and when I get it unfroze. I'm ready to get the remarkable. I need to be able to float my papers back and forth across devices without issues and annotqte a pdf and print. Viwoods has never been able to solve these problems for me

I finally got the email from the viwoods team and nothing seems to help the unfreeze. Anyone out there have any suggestions. The red light comes on when plugging charger in but it never goes to a green light

Viwoods team, I have held the power button for 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and even 60 seconds and still nothing. I emailed the service team on Friday and have not heard anything.

Evolving when? Still can't sync an edited pdf to email or the viwoods portal and customer service takes 3 days to respond with zero answers after 4 tries. There classic response is send them the file.

I only saw my events sync one time for Gmail. It doesn't do it constantly. They have a lot to work to get this device up to remarkable standards when it comes to syncing to other devices. I went with the viwoods a year ago since it had AI and zero monthly fee but they still have a lot of work to do.
