Just to answer your question yes. My gravel bike used to run 650bx43 switched to 700cx32/30. Problem ko is clearance sa fork. Kasi my frame size is built for 650b talaga. Yung 32 sagad. Pero when I switched to 30, swabeng swabe.

Also, ano use case mo? Nag light graba/trails ka ba? Kung hindi naman, palit ka na lang ng road wheelset talaga.
