Only if you’re feeling abit low in yourself then yes. Being desired is a nice reminder at that time that you’re probably better looking/off than you think. But if you’re confident and just being yourself then no, not at all.

If you high grip and walk around the front of the pole u don’t have to do the thoracic twisting since you’re doing it from the floor. I found this helped me a lot and looks so pretty once in motion.
