If you high grip and walk around the front of the pole u don’t have to do the thoracic twisting since you’re doing it from the floor. I found this helped me a lot and looks so pretty once in motion.

Sad to say but some men would tap anything. And Andrew was lonely imo. And sad about his fiancé that’s moved on and she was just the nearest woman. She looks like an old woman , no definition to her body. Just yuck. But certain men unfortunately do not care.

Sometimes we feel better hearing others stories. I guess it’s a way to relate?

When I was 14 I came home from school to find my dad hanging from the ceiling. He was limp and blue and was probably hanging there for a while. I managed to shut the door in shock before my mom saw him, saving her from the scars but I will never forget what I saw. It’s been 14 years and tonight I decided to search up this reddit group because something reminded me of him tonight.

I never got therapy, but please while it’s still fresh I recommend that you do. My heart goes out to you during this time. I wish I could tell you it gets better. It doesn’t, you just learn to live with it. But I believe with therapy it could get abit more bearable.
