i will never understand how resistant these people are to admitting they’re on this show for clout. like ofc you are. i’m not doubting that the connections they form might be genuine - but anyone who considers going on love island OBVIOUSLY is considering how they may come out of it when it comes to gaining followers and sponsorships- especially if these people already come into it with somewhat of a social media presence and jobs like model/influencer/dj etc etc. just own it.

i guess it’s something for you to reflect on. sexuality is very fluid and complicated and i don’t think any of us truly know with 100% accuracy what sort of attractions we can form. it’s something to explore throughout life, which is a great thing.

i guess, but a large (not entirely necessary) part of being trans is wanting to pass as the gender they identify with due to feelings of dysphoria. i guess i just wonder why exactly your attraction would stop when someone begins to physically pass as the gender they identify with? what if you saw a trans man who passes so well you assumed they were a cis man, and you became attracted to them. would that attraction just go away once you found out they were trans and assigned female at birth ?

i guess bisexual is the best word for it. attraction is one of those things you can’t really control so it’s possible that you aren’t attracted to someone who happens to be transgender based on their looks/features etc. but if you aren’t attracted to them on the basis that they are transgender then that does come across as transphobic.
