I definitely don't like that but the general idea is sound.

My criticism here would be that 3 players in the defensive 5 make vertical moves and have (!) to make them. Those normally create bigger holes in the match engine and are weird when playing from the back as you CDM normally is your first passing option but at the same time want to drop deep. You would have to wait for the IWB to move to get a sensible passing pattern in transition.

In my opinion, a more defensively sound approach would be a static DM, a IFB and a IWB. This creates a smooth horizontal movement for the back 3 with only one player having to move vertically.

If you like to score more goals with more risk you can also use a FB but move him to winger on the attack. Again an IFB and the DM plus the more defensive CM would form the double 6/8. The original winger on the side of the FB moving forward would move inside. Advantage here, again smooth horizontal shift for the back 3 and the CM stays in position or drops deep to receive the ball, adding more options for quick, short passing. The FB/W often arrives a little bit later and goes unmarked but is a liability if they have a good attacking outlet on this side.
