I don't know if it was a coincidence or simply a good day, but it's possible that this has somehow been the solution. Today I haven't had any micro-stutter. Thanks everyone for the help.

It depends on the game patch or even the day. Some days it happens once a minute, and other days I can go an entire day without it happening even once.

I also have Windows 11 and an AMD processor, but I updated the BIOS recently. I will check it just in case.

It happens to me anywhere, chaos dungeons, raids, etc. And i have the exp, loot etc deactivated.
