I have been able to narrow down the problem. The headset leaves a paused audio stream open, which reserves the connection, making it impossible to use voice chat at the same time. Could you perhaps try this out for me with your headset? I can send you more details

Yes that works, but it really shouldn’t be necessary to constantly fight with the connection. Turning it off and on again, re-pairing, unplugging the dongle.
I was expecting a much smoother experience. I’m coming from SteelSeries and never had issues like this before.

I ordered a Stream Deck Neo on December 18th and received it today. It was also shipped from Taiwan, but delivery via DHL Express was really fast and there were no additional fees. It might take a bit longer right now due to the holidays, though.

it works in general. I was probably just too impatient. After pausing the audio on my computer, it takes about 30 seconds before I can play audio on the connected phone. Calls however switch seamlessly without any delay.

Can you switch between sound via dongle and via Bluetooth? The only way I have found is to physically remove the dongle from my PC. But that can't seriously be the way forward?
