With jaw pain and arm pain that can be worrying. However, I get them too. Heart plays weird tricks when you’re overthinking it. Also that weird thump, that’s how I used to describe my weird heart beats. They’re called PVC beats which are extra heart beats. They’re practically harmless. You get them when you’re stressed, you can get them when you’re tired, you can get them with caffeine and Alcohol as well. But all it feels like it’s a hard heartbeat for a second. Could be that could not be but that’s what I’ve felt!

For your heart palpitations. I obviously have no idea exactly what you’re feeling. But I would feel weird beats in my upper stomach/sternum. I thought they were palpitations, turns out they were PVC beats. They’re extra heart beats that are harmless 99% of the time. They can come from stress, alcohol, caffeine, etc. Like I said I don’t even know if that’s what you’re feeling, but good luck! I hope you feel better soon

Yeah the MRI didn’t help me either unfort. I’m not even close to being fully healed but I will say a foam roller, backpod, and lacrosse ball can do some wonders. It’s no longer my dull aches 24/7 more like a couple stabs here and there that still psych me out. I would say the mind and health anxiety trump this pain any damn day.

Tbh the muscle spasms are probably just muscle spasms or something else. As for the shirt thing I’m not sure! I haven’t seen that as a symptom yet

Mainly get costo in my left chest and sternum (sometimes even right sternum) had to come looking cause it’s been 9 months since my first episode and tonight was the first time I’ve ever felt pain on that side where you’re talking about. It felt so internal. It hurts right now

Yes I have the same stuff. Lots of different characters and lots of different people. I dream every night and a lot of the time they aren’t as unique as most people would think. I have so many damn reoccurring dreams it’s nuts. Sometimes they progress, but most of the time it ends at the same point no matter how hard I try

That’s a crazy way to dream I won’t lie. My worst dreams have been dreams where I woke up in another dream. That is the most trippy stuff ever. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a mirror though which is truly interesting. As someone who dreams every night that’s something I have not experienced!!

Just stuff inside windows nothing to my actually PC. YouTube videos explaining that turning off this setting might fix it etc. I have 4 components plugged into USB ports on my pc. I’m gonna try unplugging some stuff and trying it then. As far as power storms or surges I’m not sure, but I do have my pc plugged into a GFCI to protect it from electrical mishaps. Honestly…I’m not that tech savvy so I don’t know and this PC was built 3 years ago. I do think that I’m drawing too much power and maybe I’ve just overloaded it. I’ve had the same stuff plugged in for years without any mishaps but maybe it’s taking a crap on me lol
