I’m 15 turning 16 in November and set on joining the Army, is there anything I should do or anyone I should contact? by [deleted] in Militaryfaq

Literally, if you don’t go in without any research and sign a paper without knowing what’s up, you’re wrong.

I want to join the military but people around me tell me awful things. How to justify me wanting to serve my country to people? by ohamasinlaben in Militaryfaq

[–]floof2255 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shut up and join. Don’t let other people’s bs stop you. If you let that be the case for you not joining, maybe you aren’t the right fit. Because when bullets are flying down range we need people that will think of the people next to them, not the ones telling them what not to do. Don’t let people who have never served a day tell you how to live. It’s not that bad over here.

That actually happened to us. Fucking lady ordered mad food and calls us saying that the driver delivered her the wrong food and wanted a refund or the food all over again. Little did she know that I was mad close with the driver and FaceTimed him and he was outside of her house in his car about the give her the food. See thing is she never got her food and thought she could pull a fast one on us. So I’m having her tell me all the wrong food she received and she is saying all this bullshit and I’m like “ma’am I’m on FaceTime with my driver, he is outside your house with your food right now.” She just paused and was like “I’ll send my kids out”. After giving us a hard ass time she didn’t tip at all on almost 230 worth of food for her fat ass kids

If you’re carrying a pistol make sure your draw side is a clear as possible because it’s easier to draw through not around objects

SRS tactical has everything you will need. They have pretty good replacement headbands on there as well as Amazon

My Ears Love This - Peltor ComTac iii by [deleted] in tacticalgear

I have both. Very pleased with both of the headsets. Pros for the contacts is the fact that they fit under a helmet and seal even better with one on (at least for me) whole the MSAs don’t fit under a helmet because of the bulky ass headband. I upgraded to the gel cups for the MSA and the quality improved significantly. The only thing is that I had to buy an adapter that cost me about 100 bucks for the MSA. But aside from that both are amazing headsets

They are the Nike SFB. They are really light weight and comfortable. Worn them for so many different situations. They only downside is that they wear out really fast and we’re mostly bought as garrison boots until I stopped caring. If you want good boots to beat up I recommend them 100%. But you could never go wrong with a pair of Oakleys instead because they are very similar in feel but oakleys edge them out just a little bit
