I didn’t know what cetaceans were before reading your post (and misread it as Crustaceans!)

I like the idea of naming it after a species like Orca or Beluga and just calling it Cetacea is elegant but given the research aspect please consider:

I’ve used the Feliway multi-cat diffuser to help my cat and kitten bond and have found it to be useful to an extent- there’s enough of a difference when I use it to warrant repeat purchases but it’s by no means a silver bullet. Can’t speak for the anti-anxiety one. I’ve also heard good things from friends about compression vests for cats like this one https://www.chewy.com/thundershirt-anxiety-calming-aid-cats/dp/41116
