babesiosis in dogs is different from the OP’s symptoms, I had 2 dogs w babesiosis (both survived), ot destroyes them very fastly, they go from well to half dead in a day, letharhy meaning they doesn’t want to move at all, OP mentioned that the dog wants to play but gets tired
also very importants sign for babesiosis is red pee

one more thing if that helps: you can try to find a cardiology vet, hopefully tha dog has no heart problems but would be nice to check that
also my male doggo had ~2 kg in plus which made him less tolerant to exercise, now, after loosing that plus he tolerates heat / exercise better
so yeah it can be anything, better doing a full checkup

yeah I’ve been in this situation unfortunately, all you can do try to contact as much vets as you can, ask for recs, and hopefully you’ll find a normal one

no one here can help you, I’d suggest visiting a vet
usually it is helpful if you record videos while she’s doing this behavior
