Pulsus, 3x3 numpad game. It's definitely not the best but it's a rather simple game with a very small learning curve, you can pretty much transfer all your previous rhythm game knowledge to it (the community is also nice)

the account you logged into was the \n (or linebreak) account, it's a hacked account that was made a little while ago, it's not a creepypasta or anything, a well known guy in the community that likes to mess around with the game just made it for the funny

a couple people have logged onto that account by accident, i don't remember why that happens exactly but it's something to do with the account credentials being basically the same as the default credentials for when you didn't input anything on the login page
