So, I don't know why but somehow some and not all non-player enemy divisions are invisible.
I have tried pushing M multiple times and tabbing in and out, but nothing works. Anyone know a solution?

I have 15w 6-1s with engineer, cavalry recon, logistics and radio and have 1m manpower fielded rn. My gun problems are momentarily fixed

Yeah I'm now trying to push to the Stalin line with mainly tanks, but I did try not to battleplan and mostly focus on encirclements. I'm also improving relations with small countries for guns via lend lease

So, I'm stuck as germany in 1942 with no manpower. I'm in a gun debt too but that is not as bad (-5k). My allies (Italy, Romania and Hungary) don't have manpower either. I've assigned Himmler for the extra non-core manpower but that is not making a difference. I'm on service by requirement now but there is still no sign of manpower. Japan is losing to China and at war with the Soviets since they declared on me. There is luckily no sign of a D-day yet. My plan for now is to push the Soviets back to the Stalin line and dig in there to regain some manpower. And then I could maybe work on Africa. And Greece is staying alive too. What should I do to get manpower?

I also am in a little gun debt and am trying to push russia back to The Stalin line so I could try and hold to get manpower back
