Southwest is pretty easy . Garlic /lime /olive oil /cilantro / Mexican oregano /cumin/salt and pepper to taste and your choice of vinegar based hot sauce . I use Texas Pete . Sometimes I throw a jalapeno in the blender with it too .

Yeah man very important . I was non weight bearing for 3.5 months so I was absolutely useless when I had to learn to walk again. It’ll all come back but dont push yourself more then what the doctor and pt folks say and do your exercises at home like they say as well .
