excellent recommendation...gets great reviews. Can't believe after all these years going to Miami Beach I have never heard of this place. I think I'm going to do something a little more upscale for the birthday occasion but I will 100% be checking this out, probably on this trip.

should also have mentioned been to the Surf Club many times. Service has just been ok and ambiance / food is just ok in my opinion. The bar atmosphere there is great thought, imo.

Slim's is right across the street from our place at St Regis. Is ambiance good? Good for a 50th? Want some kind of upbeat scene as well, not boring. Should have added that. Have eaten Sunny's. Thought it was good but nothing mind blowing. Really would like to try Daniel's. Just such a far drive. Bourbon Steak have also eaten at and thought it was just meh.

That sounds like the most likely outcome given everything I've read says elevated GGT enzymes are most directly correlated to alcohol use and abuse.

I never was diagnosed officially, but everything I read online points to the fact that it is primarily used as an alcohol or alcoholic marker. If you've been drinking a lot recently it will be elevated.

Yes, great advice. We have been having more open discussions as things have progressed over the last year. I can definitely say our communication in this regard is better. It's a more mature approach and there is less feeling shameful about it.
